How does RosterReady recruit drivers in your market?
We run the ads on Indeed and other boards, phone screen every applicant, process them through First Advantage (background, MVR, drug screen and DOT medical card for FedEx ISPs) and deliver road-test-ready candidates to your portal, with a guaranteed minimum on Launch and Essential plans.
What does it cost?
Plans start at $399 a month for Amazon DSPs and $449 for FedEx Ground ISPs, plus the daily ad budget you choose. Contingency drivers are a flat fee per driver you accept.
How long until the first candidate?
Ads are live within two business days of signing. First Advantage must approve us as an authorized user on your account (usually days, up to two weeks); most customers see their first road-test-ready candidate within one to two weeks after that.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. A 30-day service agreement that renews each cycle; cancel with 7 days notice or switch to the Maintenance plan.
What is a road-test-ready driver?
An applicant who passed our phone screen and has cleared the background check, motor vehicle record, drug screen and, for FedEx ISPs, the DOT medical card check through First Advantage. Contact details are released to you only once the candidate is cleared.
Do you also work with Amazon DSPs?
Yes. The same service runs for Amazon DSPs, with its own plan pricing.
Can I get drivers just for peak or coverage?
Yes. Contingency drivers are badged, STA/TSA-verified FedEx Ground drivers for DCA, coverage and peak, priced per driver you accept.
Who employs the driver?
